About the event
Join Sarah, Mystic Fitness' traveling yoga teacher, for a two-part chakra activating class this autumn as part of the Spectaular Sunday Night Series. This series is divided into two sections: lower chakras & upper chakras. These classes promote healing with a candlelit room and soft binural beats to complement a restorative yin yoga flow with reiki healing energy.
